When you become a member with Rainbow Medicinal you agree with the following:

1) Members are 18 years + with valid government photo id

2) Members must have one of the following medical documentation of illness

(a) A letter of diagnosis from your doctor and our application completed by you.

(b) Our application completed by your doctor and you.

(c) Have a valid Authorization to Possess Dried Marihuana Card from Health Canada and our application completed by you.

(d) A letter from you PWA worker (People With AIDS).

3) Only one purchase per day.

4) Do not redistribute/sell your meds

5) Purchases will not to be subdivided.

6) Cash only. No fronts, credit or trades EVER, don’t even ask. Respect us like any other business.

7) If dissatisfied return product for exchange in resale condition. We will exchange at our discretion.

8) Come to our office alone.

- Others are only allowed to accompany you if they are applying to be your caregiver, if they have a valid ATP (health Canada permit), or are already a Rainbow member. Leave Friends at home.

10) If you send your caregiver you must call to order first, choose your strain and weight.

11) Never come to our office while intoxicated or under the influence of illegal drugs.

12) Medicate at least a 5 minute walk from Rainbow or at home.

13) All members MUST take an application for Health Canada (ATP) permit to possess medicinal cannabis. We will assist you. Forms are at our office and there is a link on our site. You may also search MMAR on Google.

14) All members without an ATP Health Canada Permit may be required to reapply to Rainbow once a year just like ATP clients have to renew with Health Canada.
